All registrations must be down through the Clinic Website, by clicking on the button below. Even on-site registration is done through this website.  ALL payments must be made with a credit card. Cash and checks will not be accepted.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.  We will not issue refunds.  If you have questions about registration please reach out to Bryon Graun.
