Updated XC Rules Clarifications
-Hats can now be worn during competitions.
- GPS devices and smartwatches can be worn by athletes to track GPS and heart rate data. However, these devices cannot be used for communication purposes, such as sending text messages with race instructions during the race.
- Runners are permitted to wear face paint and temporary tattoos, but full face paint is not allowed.
